Incident Responder (part time)

Job description

In this part time shift role on our new Incident Management team, you will be the first responder for any incidents that get raised within the network. You will be critical in ensuring the best experience for our customers by being the first point of contact, ensuring we have the best uptime and data integrity.

We’re aiming to put in place a 24/7 service desk consisting of Chainlink network experts, and you will be the trusted human in the loop monitoring our networks for critical events and providing tier 1 support on incidents.


Your impact

  • Utilising our monitoring infrastructure to detect and alert the team of needed action
  • Following processes on alert response operations and supporting the team to ensure the reliable delivery of oracle data.

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience with being on on-call rotas
  • 1+ years of experience running a node
  • Experience working with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (our team uses PagerDuty, Grafana, LogDNA and Prometheus)
  • 10-20 hours a week to dedicate to on-call monitoring on a shift rota.
