We're excited to have an open slot on our team for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and are looking for someone who is as motivated as we are to build the team that builds this world-changing technology. As a recruiter, you will build relationships with our Head of Engineering, CMO, and CEO to understand the team’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise from working in the blockchain space to find great technical talent. You will oversee all sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience, working closely with our Head of People and Director of Talent on internal company-wide planning and initiatives related to team growth.

Your Impact:

  • Oversee end to end recruitment and select key hires to grow our team
  • Create and run a robust recruiting program and make recommendations to increase the number of high-quality applicants
  • Be the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stage
  • Work closely with your People team coworkers to run initiatives to attract and retain the best talent
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates in the blockchain space and manage inbound candidates in a timely and efficient manner
  • Partner with hiring managers and provide coaching throughout the hiring process

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the blockchain space required
  • 2-5 years of experience working on a people, recruiting, or sales team at a technical company a strong plus
  • Experience building outbound pipelines for business development or recruiting
  • Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring
  • Extremely organized, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver
